What time do we deliver your parcels?

Couriers deliver parcels on working days, most often between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. It all depends on the place of delivery, weather conditions and the forwarder himself. Collection at the company's headquarters from Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m

Will the courier call before delivering the parcel?

In most cases, couriers call the recipients of parcels, but we cannot guarantee this - the courier is not obliged to do so.

What if the courier shipment is delayed?

The easiest way is to contact the courier company and provide the shipment number.
